Our business customers are often protected by a BEAMCo maintenance agreement that gives them the service they need.  They don’t have to worry about equipment or service failure.  But, in the rare situation when there is a failure, they know that BEAMCo is just a call away–every day, day or night.  We’ll dispatch a crew or technician to get them back on-line and serving their customers.  We would expect no less.
